Es una propuesta alternativa de gestión del patrimonio artesanal del Ecuador. Se exponen las diversas tradiciones artesanales de los pueblos y nacionalidades, que custodian los saberes y la riqueza cultural del país. Su nombre Mindalae se inspira en el comerciante pre-colombino, que llevaba especias, bienes de valor, tejidos, entre otros, de una región a otra. Nuestro objetivo es apoyar a los pequeños productores del país a poner en valor su artesanía y guardar sus tradiciones practicándolas. Veremos las siguientes temáticas en las cuatro plantas del Museo:

• Cosmovisión y shamanismo
• Trajes andinos y personajes de las fiestas populares
• Muestra comparativa de cerámica del Ecuador
• Instrumentos musicales y adornos corporales
• Pintura de la comunidad Tigua de Cotopaxi
• Muestra de cerámica – réplicas artesanales- de la arqueología del litoral y de la Sierra Norte.
• Instrumenos de uso cotidiano de los pueblos amazónicos
