Te presentamos la historia de Trude Sojka [Soyka] una artista checa, que sobrevivio a los horrores del Holocausto y encontro refugio en Ecuador, en el emblematico barrio quiteno de la Floresta. Trude fue pionera en el uso de materiales reciclados y cemento en su arte, siendo este un medio de sanación. Se inspiró en la naturaleza y las diferentes culturas ancestrales del Ecuador, en fusión con el expresionismo europeo. Hoy en dia, las dos generaciones siguientes han convertido su casa en el unico museo memorial del Holocausto en el pais, transmitiendo su legado e historia al mundo.
