La Cuchara Orgánica, Centro Cultural y Gastronómico, cuenta con la experiencia de más de 40 años de la Chef Pastora Tugulinago. Ella se especializa en cocina ecuatoriana, saludable, vegetariana, basada en plantas; implementando así un nuevo concepto en la gastronomía ecuatoriana.

Desarrollamos e impartimos talleres de alimentación saludable y ancestral, donde rescatamos y reutilizamos productos ancestrales nativos de Quito y ecuador. Ofrecemos información de los beneficios de una alimentación saludable y consciente con el planeta, a través de talleres cortos o especializados.

Mantenemos una Chakra demostrativa para dar a conocer plantas nativas y no nativas, sus usos medicinales y comestibles.

Nos asociamos con Aya Amatu Escuela Itinerante y vivencial para ofrecer talleres para niños y niñas sobre juegos tradicionales, lengua kichwa e identidad.

Contamos con una BioTienda de productos elaborados saludables y eco-artesanías.
